Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a return or refund as per our Returns Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or launching soon.
- Payment may be collected fully or partially at checkout.
- The remaining amount (if any) will be charged when the product is ready to ship.
- You can cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched.
- Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but returns/refunds can be requested as per our Returns Policy.
