Refund policy
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Used or damaged items
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit voucher of the same amount.
- The voucher will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
- The credit note is valid for 6 months and can be used for future purchases on our store.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
